In AmRest, we are looking for an Junior IT Specialist who wants to join our team and grow up with us.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Realize IT Services Department Strategy to ensure alignment with AmRest strategic goals.
  • Proactively look for functional best practices and spread knowledge, experience, findings; actively support manager in creation, cascading and roll-out of the departmental strategy/schedule.
  • Assure right process of prioritization and delivering Change Requests raised by business units.
  • Assure standardization around IT Services for new and acquired markets.
  • Assure and enable standardization around IT Processes (Incident, problem and change requests management/standards (including remote/personal, on-site).
  • Manage One Communication platform across standardized markets.
  • Assure standardized support services cross countries.
  • Assure vendor, license, knowledge, configuration, assets management for all IT services.

Requirements

Requirements:

 

  • Computer Engineering Degree / IT Superior Grade Cycle / or similar
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft environment and collaboration tools (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, Intune)
  • Experience in similar position
  • High level of English, written and spoken. Daily interaction with Global team and English-speaking users.
